Despite all that seems to separate us from one another, there is a universal longing to be connected to something greater than ourselves. People seem to have a need deep within to be involved in something truly significant.
Perhaps this longing in us was put there for a reason. Maybe we were created for something greater than just getting by or even getting ahead. If God exists, could it be that our longing for meaning and purpose is an echo of God’s intention for humanity?
Jesus invites you to pursue the longings of your soul that refuse to be satisfied with success, sex or stuff. He invites you to discover his incredible purpose for your life: to join with Him on His mission to bring healing and restoration to a world disconnected from God.
Might it be possible that as you open up your life to God, you could find what your soul has been searching for? Are you ready to stop merely existing and come alive?
