I value Metrobrook's aim to balance the outward - evangelistic focus, and the inward - discipleship focus. I can say that personally their outward focus was a great help to our family while we were in Germany for a season.

Embrace The Values

Here are some of the core values we embrace that help us maintain our focus on the things that are important to God:

Prayer: As a body, we will center our missions’ movement on prayer. We will pray boldly and consistently for the unreached, those we send, and those with which we partner.

Gospel:As the power by which Christ redeems the peoples of the world, the gospel transcends culture, renews communities, and transforms people's lives.

Kingdom: Because all power and authority have been given to Christ, we fearlessly step forth into a world bound by spiritual darkness to advance the kingdom of light.

Holistic: We reflect the humble and sacrificial example of Christ Jesus by serving the whole person.

Cultural Relevance: Christ and His gospel are relevant in all cultures. By entering any culture as listeners and learners, we seek to share the gospel free of our own cultural biases.

Partnership: As part of the global body of Christ, we strive to develop relationships and partner with existing churches, mission agencies and indigenous believers.

Focus: As led by the Holy Spirit, we commit to a strategic global missions focus. We give ourselves wholeheartedly to a few endeavors, rather than halfheartedly to many activities.

Engagement: We commit to informing, educating, and mobilizing our congregation. In this way, they will be equipped to pray strategically, to give sacrificially, and to serve according to their gifts.

Multiplication: We value a reproducing movement of the gospel, disciples multiplying disciples and churches multiplying churches.

Missionary Care: We are committed to caring for our missionaries as they prepare, when they are sent, while in the field, and when they return.
